Hilary Duff did not shine in the story of Bonnie and Clyde
The Hollywood Reporter, a new indie film made it clear that Duff will play the role of Bonnie Parker, the legendary outlaw because of conflicting schedules. Kevin Zegers, who was scheduled to Clyde Barrow and costar, is also no longer part of the project, with producers saying he would not be available to start filming until January. The project has already faced several delays - and the producers cited "financial, scheduling and other factors such as hurricanes, devastating some of our" - said they were currently planning to start production later this year.
"Due to our obligations with investors and international buyers must commit to our schedule now, so we are forced to explore other options for lead roles, and unfortunately this happens all the time in the world of cinema," they added.
