Lead time for India: Hillary

"This is not the time for any one of us can be seen at the expense of the inside looking out. This is the time to seize opportunities emerging in the 21st century. This is the time to lead," she said.
"We're betting on the future of India ... to open Indian markets to the world and will produce a more prosperous India and South Asia ... that of a pluralistic society in India's vibrant and will inspire others to follow a similar path of tolerance. We are making this bet is not blind faith But because we see your progress with great admiration, "she added. Clinton also calls for more cooperation between India and the United States and China.
